6-Pack of our Starfish Weizenbock (Estrela de Mar) wheat beer, made with seawater. Inspired by two styles, the German Bock style with medium strength and the Dunkelweizen, toasted wheat beer.

Tasting notes:

• Very rich aroma in which seawater, banana, prunes and a little alcohol stand out.
• Complex flavor dominated by toasted wheat and yeast, with a balanced finish. Hints of plum, wheat bread and some alcohol.
• Dark amber color, with thick foam. Somewhat cloudy (not filtered).
• Medium body and medium-high carbonation.

Ideal to pair with strong meats, Manchego and aged cheeses.

The seawater used has been suitably purified for use in brewing beer.
