Sabadelle is a mild territory in the middle of the cliffs of the dangerous Costa da Morte in Galicia and it is considered the window to the sea of Vimianzo, where this land touches the wild waters of the Atlantic. Its strategic and privileged location forged the origin of Coido de Sabadelle S.L. a young company in which three fundamental concepts come together:

- R&D + i, focused on the study for the incorporation of natural components and culinary methods that avoid artificial ingredients and enhance the flavor of traditional recipes and serve as the basis for new dishes in contemporary cuisine.
